1. A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. (£40 for cakes and £50 for chocolate fountain)
  2. All provisional bookings will be held for seven days to allow time for deposits to be paid. If the deposit has not been received the date will be released.
  3. The balance must be paid in full by at least 28 days prior to your delivery/collection date.
  4. Cancellations must be made in writing, three months prior to the booking. Any cake or chocolate fountain booking cancelled after this must be paid for in full. Sorry about this one but we limit the amount of work we take on in order to provide you with top quality products and if you cancel we don't get a chance to re-book the date.
  5. As all cakes are individually made there may be slight variations in each cake.
  6. If we are designing a "one off" cake for you we try, as far as possible, to follow the criteria set down on the booking form at your consultation. However sometimes ideas on paper do not translate well into cake. If, during the decorating stage of your cake, we feel that a design detail isn't working we reserve the right to amend it. We will of course do everything possible to inform you of this, prior to doing it. Please remember we want your cake to look fantastic. It does nothing for our reputation if it doesn't!
  7. Our free delivery service is limited. We offer this on a first come first served basis. You are welcome to collect your cakes from our studio a few days prior to your wedding where they will be packaged for transportation with a picture of how to assemble the cake (if required).
  8. We do have a range of cake stands available for hire. A deposit of £50 is required. This is returned to you when you return our stand to us in the same condition as supplied.
